Keeping the effectiveness of our products, the safety of our patients, and the integrity of our staff in mind, we do not accept any returns on cannabis goods. If an item you purchased is defective, such as a mechanical failure, we will gladly exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
